The terms and conditions apply to consumer purchases of goods on M U N D I.

Payment
Payment can be made using the following payment methods: Paypal credit card. When paying with international payment cards - such as Visa and MasterCard - the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. No amount is reserved when paying with Dankort. If you pay with MobilePay, it is the payment card in the app that determines whether the payment is reserved.
The amount is withdrawn when the item is dispatched.
If several items are ordered in one order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered at the same time, we will only charge for the item(s) when they are dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver goods to addresses worldwide.
The items are delivered 5-10 days after your order.
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS, Post Nord, DHL.
Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. We do not refund the delivery costs for partial cancellation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or another person you have chosen (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last item in physical possession. If you have ordered multiple parts or lots, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last part or lot in physical possession.
If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following business day.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or packaging on Eye lashes, Make-up sponge.
How to Withdraw
You withdraw by clearly informing us that you wish to withdraw. You can, for example, send a letter or an email stating that you are withdrawing to info@mundiofficial.com. You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without simultaneously notifying us that you are withdrawing.
You can use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of these terms and conditions, but it is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the Item and Return Costs
If you have withdrawn from the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Mundi by Mundi Love, Værebrovej 72, 2880 Bagsværd without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw. The period is met if you return the items before the end of the 14 days.
Items cannot be sent COD or without delivery.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Refunding Money for Withdrawals
When you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest one we offer. If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only withdraw from part of your purchase, we do not refund delivery costs.
We refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you have provided proof that the items have been returned.
We make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Condition of the Item Upon Return and Packaging
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. You can usually inspect and try the item in the same way as you can and may in a store.
You must return the item in the original packaging. The packaging may be opened but not damaged. If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may result in a depreciation for which you are liable.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packed when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
Complaint - If There Is Something Wrong with the Item or Service
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies if you buy an item and there is a defect. A defect could be a material or manufacturing defect or incorrect information about what you have purchased. Wear and tear or self-inflicted damage is not a defect.
If you have purchased an item, you must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect, your complaint will always be timely, provided you complain within the warranty period of two years. If it is a transport damage, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.

Complaint Options
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following complaint options: A complaint about an item or service can be submitted to the Danish House of Boards, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for the Danish House of Boards. The Mediation Team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
To complain, the item or service must usually have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must usually be at least DKK 720. A fee is required to have the complaint processed.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address: info@mundiofficial.com.
